| I welcome your family into my home. What I offer to you and your child is much more than just a baby-sitting service. I offer an extended family- a support system that thrives when all parties share equally. A unique family home setting that caters to the emotional and developmental needs of all children.
I have taken 3years of (PITC) Program for infant toddler caregiver. At the heart of the program for infant/Toddler caregivers is a commitment to care for infants and toddlers that respects the diffrent cultures, lifestyles, preferences, abilities, learning styles, and needs of the children and families served.
Mom's Helping hands welcome family and culturals practices, including home language, as part of the child care experience. Designing safe, interesting and developmentally appropriate environments. Giving infants uninterrupted time to explore, interacting with infants during caregiving routines and throughout the day in ways that physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually support their initiations in discovery and learning.
The relationship between an infant and her or his caregiver is at the heart of high quality infant/toddler care.
Through experiencing the warmth and support of caring adults, children gain a basis for development and learning in all domaind- physical, cognitive, and social-emotional.
When a infant and caregiver interact in a harmonious way enjoyable to both parties, they can be said to be "in tune" getting in tune is a process that can be learned."
